Overview

As an Independently Contracted Physician with Plume, you will join a diverse team providing gender-affirming hormone therapy and expanded clinical services for adult patients throughout the United States.

Requirements

• At least two active licenses and in good standing with your professional board
• At least one DEA License
• Experience providing primary care services to adult patients
• Strong technical background and comfort with EMRs
• Strong organization and communication skills

Benefits

• Paid per appointment: $37.50 per 15 min visit, $68 per 30 min visit
