Investment Operations Specialist (ISA) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Investment Operations Specialist with experience in ISA products and particularly with Lifetime ISAs, to join our Investment Operations team. In this role, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the team and you will be supporting our customers to make the most out of their investments with Plum.

In Short

• Be the go-to escalation point for specialised technical queries or high-risk items.
• Work on complex cases, resolve escalations, complaints and exception cases that require product or regulatory and quality assurance insight.
• Support customers and internal teams by providing answers to queries regarding the ISA product.
• Maintain and have ownership over Operational Product Processes & Guidelines.
• Collaborate with our third-party providers to ensure fast processing of transfers requests and resolve customer queries quickly.
• Ensure that all processes are mapped and documented, spot inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
• Deliver training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
• Cascade and deliver process improvements to the team.
• Work closely with Product and Tech to drive automation of reporting, transfers, payments etc.
• Support the Investment Operations team with the day-to-day task of Plum’s other wealth products.

Requirements

• Have experience administering investment and ISA transfers.
• Have good knowledge of pension regulations and reporting requirements.
• Have working experience of the HMRC ISA guidelines, FCA - COBS and CASS rules.
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to working collaboratively.
• Are self-directed and can take the initiative.
• Have deep commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
• Are willing to come into our central London office 2 days a week.
