Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

Plum is seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to oversee financial planning and analysis, drive strategic decision-making, and support growth in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with leadership experience.
• ACA/CIMA/CFA qualification or equivalent.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Understanding of capital and liquidity requirements.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Looker and SQL is a plus.
