The VP of IT will lead the technology strategy at Pleo, ensuring effective use of technology to scale the business and prepare for potential IPO.

Requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience preparing a company for IPO.
• Knowledge of data and application infrastructure.
• Experience in IT operations and vendor management.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with complex problem-solving.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional setups is ideal.
• Experience leveraging locations like India for service delivery is advantageous.
