In Short

  • Manage the sales process from outbound prospecting alongside SDRs to delivering product demos and consistently closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with Mid-Market buyers to hit new business revenue targets.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with current clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within their organisations.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure portfolio clients adopt and succeed with Pleo, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Master Pleo’s tools and effectively communicate their value to clients, supporting growth and improved workflows.
  • Take the lead in introducing and upselling new features and solutions to existing clients, driving further adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have experience in a SaaS Account Executive role with a focus on closing deals.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets, including sourcing and closing your own opportunities.
  • Exceptional ability to connect with prospects, deliver confident product demos, and successfully close deals.
  • Strong ability to take feedback constructively, adapt to new challenges, and continuously develop your skills.
  • Helpful to have experience in upselling, managing contract renewals, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Fluency in English is a must for this role.
