Licensing Softlines Specialist (Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Licensing Softlines Specialist will support the SIE Licensed Merchandise team by managing licensees and execution of deals, ensuring brand alignment and market readiness of licensing partnerships.

In Short

• Contract role from July 2025 to March 2026.
• Facilitate incoming deal proposals and manage granted rights.
• Manage relationships with licensee partners across various regions.
• Work closely with product development to develop line plans.
• Provide support for licensing deals in Latin America.
• Collaborate with legal and global teams for deal execution.
• Support the development of sales materials for licensing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance team on sales forecasting and royalty reporting.
• Highlight licensing activity for executive updates.
• Provide support on additional tasks and special projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in licensing partnerships, specifically in softlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Solid understanding of pop-culture and entertainment trends.
