Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior People/Organizational leadership role.
• Experience across People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding.
• Hands-on mindset with operational and strategic abilities.
• Experience building high-performing product-centric teams.
• Business-centric mindset with curiosity about growth drivers.
• Passion for experimenting and challenging assumptions.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and cultural shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
• Fluent in English.
