• Own the full strategic lifecycle of promotional mechanics—from concept to global rollout.
• Shape a data-informed roadmap aligned with business outcomes, player psychology, and market movement.
• Identify product opportunities that create competitive moats and generate measurable uplift in engagement and retention.
• Translate complex engagement models into clear, scalable features.
• Lead stakeholder alignment from executive planning to delivery.
• Prioritize features to reinforce market leadership in player engagement.
• Establish and monitor meaningful KPIs for player behaviour and operator impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product ownership in B2B iGaming, ideally in real-money slots.
• Proven record of shipping scalable promo mechanics.
• Strategic thinker with operational execution skills.
• Fluent in KPIs, segmentation, A/B testing, and behavioural data.
• Ability to lead without authority and align cross-functional teams.
• Confident presenter able to distill complex ideas for senior stakeholders.
