Overview

PlanITROI is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our digital marketing and communications initiatives.

In Short

• Support and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage campaign tasks to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Launch and coordinate outbound email campaigns and content distribution.
• Support lead generation initiatives through campaign coordination.
• Create and format marketing assets, including social media posts and presentations.
• Coordinate marketing projects and ensure tasks are completed with strong follow-up.
• Turn direction into action quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and reliability.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a structured way.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and keep initiatives moving forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and content tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google NotebookLM or similar AI research tools is a plus.
• Experience with Apollo.io is a plus.
