Overview

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the day-to-day IT needs of our employees across multiple regions, focusing on providing expert-level support in device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.

• Manage the full lifecycle of devices from procurement to decommissioning.
• Provide advanced support for Windows and MacOS operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Design and implement IT processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the IT team to provide high-quality support.
• Work in a hybrid position, primarily in the Berlin office.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT system support.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools.
• Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Friendly and approachable support to users.
