Overview

The Customer Success Manager will maintain relationships with customers in the EMEA Defence and Intelligence segment, focusing on client retention and value realization.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist customers in expanding their usage of products.
  • Onboard and train new clients.
  • Co-own contract renewal with sales.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely solutions.
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and other teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Defence & Intelligence customers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer relationships or projects.
  • 6+ years in Customer Success or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to coordinate with international customers and sales teams.
  • Experience with defence and intelligence customers in EMEA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive work style.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Experience operating within a classified environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain NATO security clearance.
