Overview

As a Support & Software Consultant at Planet, you will assist customers with technical inquiries and ensure they can effectively use our hospitality software.

In Short

  • Provide technical support and consulting via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Document work steps and solutions according to internal standards.
  • Maintain and update the ticketing system and knowledge database.
  • Plan and conduct user training sessions online and on-site.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams and coordinate with other departments.
  • Participate in out-of-hours rotation for customer support.
  • Analyze customer requirements and implement products.
  • Maintain a structured and organized approach in tasks.
  • Adapt to new technologies in hospitality software.

Requirements

  • Training or degree in hospitality, tourism management, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in the hotel industry or knowledge of hospitality sector.
  • Strong computer skills and interest in IT topics.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills, even under pressure.
  • Strong customer orientation and service commitment.
  • Experience with hotel software is a plus.
