To strengthen our consulting team for a premium car manufacturer, we are looking for a skilled Test Lead Automotive to join our international team. In this role, you will coordinate quality efforts, applying innovative approaches and technologies to ensure KPIs are achieved, while effectively communicating results to key stakeholders in the automotive sector.

In Short

• Ensure high-quality implementation, execution, and evaluation of test activities.
• Define test concepts and strategies.
• Define and coordinate the setup of test systems and environments.

• Prepare and deliver reports and insights for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in software testing, ability to prioritize efforts and issues.
• Proficient in IT tools.
• Curiosity to learn and understand about test systems and processes.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in software testing management, ISTQB certification and German are a plus.
