As an Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will play a central role in keeping the company running smoothly day to day, organizing internal operations and ensuring the team and founders have what they need to operate efficiently.

In Short

  • Organize founders’ schedules, priorities, and travel
  • Support leadership on day-to-day operations and logistics
  • Coordinate board meetings and key moments
  • Handle part of the administrative & finance workflows
  • Run payroll and HR administration
  • Manage onboarding & offboarding end-to-end
  • Oversee office operations and support new office openings
  • Organize team events and contribute to a high-performance work environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of studies
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
