The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PIPECARE Group is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for ensuring compliance with financial standards and tax laws, enforcing corporate governance, and providing operational efficiency with reliable IT/ERP systems.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with advanced qualifications (CMA, CPA, MBA/EMBA).
• 10+ years of senior finance experience in financial management.
• Experience as a Group CFO or divisional CFO in a larger company.
• International/global remit experience is essential.
• Private Equity experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in strategic financial planning and budgeting.
• Experience in implementing Finance ERP systems.
• Industry experience in oil field services is preferred.
• Ability to travel without major visa restrictions.
• Readiness for frequent business trips around the world.
