Event Services Concierge - Remote

Overview

The Event Services Concierge is the primary customer service representative of Pinnacle Live to event planners and attendees, ensuring smooth operation of audio visual and event technology services.

In Short

• Check meeting rooms for equipment setup before events
• Greet clients and ensure satisfaction with AV equipment
• Maintain accurate event information in company systems
• Coordinate with Sales Managers on on-site changes
• Review invoices with clients for approval
• Communicate with clients throughout the event
• Troubleshoot AV and networking issues
• Assist technical staff with AV equipment setup
• Report lost or damaged equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in audio visual or hospitality
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• General computer proficiency
