Overview

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accessibility Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Accessibility Audit Specialist, contribute expert system analysis, design, and documentation to ensure information and communication technology (ICT) products meet the United States Access Board’s Section 508 Standards.

In Short

  • Conduct and document Section 508 compliance audits for ICT products.
  • Create detailed Section 508 Compliance Audit Reports.
  • Perform sampling audits to identify accessibility barriers.
  • Participate in all phases of the assessments for the software development life cycle.
  • Provide technical audit support and virtual demonstrations of audit findings.
  • Prioritize audits as directed by the Government COR and Program Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of Section 508 compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience with various ICT environments.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a public trust clearance.
  • Experience with assistive technology tools such as JAWS, Fusion, and Dragon.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct detailed compliance audits.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audit assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Java, SharePoint, iOS, Android, and other platforms.
