FP&A Manager for NA/EMEA - Remote

Overview

PingCAP is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their innovative Finance team, responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and providing valuable business insights for the NA/EMEA business.

In Short

• Partner with Sales Leadership to set strategic direction.
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Assist in preparing investor materials and communication.
• Own non-financial reporting and KPI trend analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Tax for accurate reporting.
• Create impactful presentations for executives and the Board.
• Improve systems and processes for FP&A productivity.
• Manage ad hoc projects for management decisions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS or investment banking.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics; MBA preferred.
