Overview

Ping Identity is seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Fraud and Risk team, pivotal in shaping our industry-leading solution for securing identities.

In Short

• Drive innovation in fraud prevention and risk management.
• Build the strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Protect, Risk and Fraud product.
• Gather and analyze market requirements through stakeholder interactions.
• Integrate new services and intelligence technologies.
• Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies.
• Work with sales, marketing, and R&D for successful product buy-in.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage customers.
• Educate and train sales and support teams.
• Maintain product leadership through constant innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in fraud detection, cyber security, or AI.
• Success in defining and launching data-driven and machine learning products.
• Experience in building scalable, mission-critical applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced technical or business degree desirable.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management is a plus.
• Experience in the fraud industry is a plus.
