Overview

The Deal Operations Manager at Ping Identity will support the Quote to Cash process, ensuring efficient deal management and compliance with company policies.

• Manage exception approval requests related to pricing and deal structures.
• Provide guidance on deal structures to maximize revenue.
• Assist sales reps with quoting and order form customization.
• Advise on commercial terms to drive approvals.
• Validate sales orders and contracts for compliance.
• Train new sales reps on sales systems and processes.
• Participate in deal reviews and commercial conversations.
• Engage in UAT testing and issue identification.
• Review booking packages for finance compliance.
• Support team projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS licensing and revenue recognition policies.
• Strong skills in sales deal structuring and internal collaboration.
• Ability to navigate internal resources for deal construction.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
• Willingness to work extended hours during quarter-end cycles.
