Overview

The Manager, Deal Operations at Flock Safety is responsible for managing the quoting and agreement processes to support the sales and success teams, ensuring compliance and efficiency while enhancing overall operations.

In Short

• Manage quoting and agreement processes for customers.
• Become the subject matter expert on Deal Ops processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Finance, and Legal.
• Support Revenue and Customer Success teams with data governance.
• Develop processes to enhance efficiency and maintain SLA on quoting.
• Conduct audits on closed-won opportunities for revenue accuracy.
• Implement process improvements and maintain documentation.
• Act as a liaison for contractual risk management escalations.
• Train and onboard new team members on tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and ASC606 standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Deal Desk or Finance/Billing Operations.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of revenue accounting practices.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing templates in Docusign CLM is a plus.
