Overview

The PIMP MY CARROÇA movement aims to uplift waste collectors through creativity, awareness, technology, and collective participation. We seek a Financial and Administrative Coordinator to oversee our financial and administrative operations, ensuring compliance and effective budget management.

In Short

  • Coordinate financial and administrative operations for the organization.
  • Plan, execute, and control the annual budget and cost centers.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and account for the board and funders.
  • Lead the financial team and manage freelancers and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws for the third sector.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in financial and budget management.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused individual.
