Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant to assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key U.S.-based clients.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the pod.
• Drive scalable growth across markets with ASO & CRO strategies.
• Provide senior-level guidance for key ASO accounts.
• Apply testing methodologies to boost app performance.
• Lead keyword optimization for app discoverability.
• Run creative testing for competitive store assets.
• Coach Growth Managers and foster analytical thinking.
• Optimize client outcomes using user behavior insights.
• Act as the main point of contact for American clients.
• Balance multiple client projects while keeping workstreams aligned.

Requirements

• 3+ years in ASO or related fields.
• Deep understanding of mobile and performance marketing principles.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on experimentation experience.
• Data-driven decision maker with research skills.
• Strong client-management experience within an agency.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working fully remote with distributed teams.
• Solid project management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments.
