Senior Creative Designer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Designer provides design leadership and art direction, ensuring top-tier visual solutions for Phiture’s flagship client accounts. Reporting to a Creative Lead, you’ll create and implement a compelling design vision based on a deep understanding of the client’s branding, audience, and marketing strategy.

• Lead marketing design efforts across a portfolio of mobile apps.

• Create and present compelling visual concepts and strategy to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with other creative professionals to produce digital advertising for user acquisition.
• Produce app icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and other assets optimized for mobile audiences.
• Serve as a key design voice in client-facing engagements.
• Develop and refine creative strategies that align with client objectives.
• Assist in planning, optimizing workflows, and improving team efficiencies.
• Stay on top of mobile design trends and use knowledge of GenAI.
• Contribute to Phiture’s thought leadership through webinars and presentations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior-level design position, preferably in mobile marketing.
• Strong autonomy and client-facing skills.
• A strategic, conceptual approach to design.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, demonstrated through an outstanding portfolio.
• Experience designing high-impact marketing assets.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• A highly organized, process-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience with Gen AI tools.
