Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong experience with CRM tools like Braze and Iterable.
• Comfortable performing technical audits.
• Strong data literacy with tools like Amplitude and Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of mobile app retention mechanics.
• Proficient with HTML for messaging templates.
• Strategic thinker with excellent client communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
