Senior Growth Consultant - ASO & CRO - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant to assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key U.S.-based clients. You will lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions.

In Short

• Organize and ensure smooth operations within the pod daily.
• Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients.
• Support key ASO clients globally with strategic planning.
• Apply experimentation methodologies to optimize app campaigns.
• Lead keyword optimization projects for app discoverability.
• Apply creative testing methodologies for app store assets.
• Guide Growth Managers on analytical and strategic skills.
• Develop client strategies based on user behavior insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of ASO & mobile marketing.
• Strategic mindset with expertise in experimentation.
• Strong research skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Experience working fully remotely.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
