Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in Agribusiness Lending.
• Expertise in balance sheet liquidity and leverage analysis.
• Knowledge of food safety issues and supply/demand dynamics.
• Established network in Agribusiness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to travel.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Ability to cultivate high-quality client relationships.
