Overview

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will leverage deep industry expertise in financial services, particularly mortgage lending or conveyancing, and digital transformation to lead complex customer engagements from pre-sales discovery through to go-live and ongoing optimisation.

In Short

  • Lead discovery and scoping engagements with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven product demonstrations.
  • Define and lead detailed solution design activities.
  • Provide delivery assurance by acting as the senior liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement post go-live.
  • Influence PEXA’s product direction through insight-driven feedback.
  • Own end-to-end consulting engagements with customers.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Champion the definition of scalable implementation frameworks.
  • Create strong, trust-based relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the UK property industry, preferably within mortgage lending or conveyancing.
  • 10+ years in consultancy or advisory roles.
  • Proven record in designing and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with personal integrity.
  • Comfortable representing PEXA publicly.
