Overview

The Retail Support Specialist plays a key role in driving the successful execution of company-wide retail initiatives, visual merchandising standards, and in-store experience enhancements across assigned markets.

In Short

• Execute re-merchandising efforts in stores as assigned.
• Coordinate campaign execution to drive traffic to assigned stores.
• Provide in-store support during team absences or high-traffic times.
• Serve as a field liaison for store-level rollout of corporate programs.
• Monitor and support ongoing strategic initiatives across multiple store locations.
• Coordinate with external partners to obtain program materials.
• Manage assigned content deployment and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting of performance.

Requirements

• This role requires travel to various store locations.
• Work 2 days a week remotely and 3 days a week in the field.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays.
• Ability to multitask and shift focus between responsibilities.
• Reports to: COO & VP of Corporate Store Strategy.
• Start Date: 4/21/25.
