Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Company. The primary function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences.

In Short

  • Remote position requiring stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Contact body shops to obtain vehicle pick-up information.
  • Interact with vehicle owners via phone to help in the release of vehicles.
  • Work with insurance companies to expedite vehicle clearing process.
  • Answer and place high volume calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Measured on call quality including knowledge and professionalism.
  • Focus on quality-driven service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high volume calls.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle release processes is a plus.
