As a Sales Engineer, you will not just sell but understand. No cold calling, but real customer success. No rigid guidelines, but active participation.

This position offers the chance to build a technical sales approach that combines ecological impact with economic substance. The technology used is market-ready and generates climate-neutral gas from residual materials such as wood waste or sewage sludge, as well as biochar as a permanent CO₂ sink for agriculture.

In Short

  • Develop customer relationships in the special plant construction sector
  • Analyze and qualify leads in the B2B environment

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in technical sales (B2B)
  • Industry experience in special plant construction, prototype construction, or custom products
  • Alternatively, experience in the energy/biomass/plant construction sector is desirable
  • Successful closures in the capital goods sector >1 million EUR
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing tools, especially HubSpot CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and process understanding
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Optional: Knowledge in project financing
  • Optional: CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot)
