Overview

Perr&Knight is seeking a State Filings Analyst to join their Regulatory Compliance team, responsible for preparing and submitting insurance company filings to ensure timely approval.

In Short

• Prepare and submit Property and Casualty and Accident and Health Insurance filings.
• Utilize statefilings.com and other software for filing management.
• Identify and satisfy filing requirements nationwide.
• Review filing materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized filing documentation.
• Act as a liaison between clients and state insurance departments.
• Ensure timely completion of filing projects.
• Monitor insurance rating bureaus' circulars and bulletins.
• Research compliance and regulatory issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility in handling changing priorities.
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
