In Short

• Take ownership of the online stores in the UK, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to the local market.
• Identify growth opportunities for the e-commerce of the UK markets.
• Apply your UX knowledge to drive meaningful A/B tests to improve performance.
• Run e-commerce analysis and generate ideas to increase KPIs.
• Enhance online presence through SEO and SEM techniques.
• Update prices and website content according to local needs.
• Collaborate with the creative team for engaging content.
• Work closely with marketing to identify localized opportunities.
• Support increasing traffic and conversion rates through targeted efforts.
• Implement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

• This is a UK-based role, requiring 4 days a week in our Chalgrove Office.
• Minimum of 2 years of managing an e-commerce store.
• Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM.
• Enthusiasm for continuous process improvement.
• Excellent English language skills.
• High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
