Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing distributed teams across different time zones.
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work across different regions.
