Overview

Per Scholas seeks a visionary leader to serve as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Career Accelerator and Alumni Relations. This highly collaborative role is critical to achieving our ambitious goal of serving 10,000 participants annually by 2030, with at least 5,000 advancing their careers. The SVP will oversee alumni services, ensuring Per Scholas graduates achieve long-term career progression and wage growth. The SVP will also lead the strategic development of the Career Accelerator program, a focused technical upskilling initiative; collaborating with Innovation and Revenue teams to build new sustainability that builds streams for Per Scholas and expands access to a broader audience of learners.
