Overview

The Director, Instructor Academy Operations is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes within the Instructor Academy. This role manages process and project timelines, tracks progress using Asana, and drives continuous improvements across all Academy functions.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Instructor Academy projects.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track progress.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and quality standards.
• Audit instructor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify areas of non-compliance and develop improvement plans.
• Monitor instructor compliance with organizational requirements.
• Maintain department documentation.
• Support the review and updating of policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with the Instructor Training department.
• Generate reports on instructor performance trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects and coordinating teams.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Proven ability to maintain documentation and enforce policies.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
