Overview

The Alumni Recruiter is responsible for building and managing a talent pool of Per Scholas alumni, aligning their skills and career aspirations with technology job opportunities from our employer partners.

In Short

• Build and maintain a robust database of Per Scholas alumni candidates.
• Utilize candidate matching technology platform(s).
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Partner with the Enterprise Talent Solutions team.
• Regularly connect with placed candidates for support.
• Achieve a fill rate of 50% for job orders.
• Monitor and report on candidate retention.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the organization’s mission of enabling economic mobility.
