In Short

• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges with design thinking.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive meaningful design improvements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets for intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Guide design efforts, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure designs are consistent, strategic, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in UX/Product Design, ideally within fintech, trading, or crypto platforms.
• Mastery of Figma, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Collaborative, proactive, and skilled in communication and mentorship.
• A commitment to uncovering opportunities for improvement and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Expertise in Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design principles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
