Overview

Our client is an Agriculture Technology startup that has developed unique products that are great for the environment, uses upcycled materials and is reducing the use of a naturally occurring product that is being heavily depleted worldwide. These are industry disruptive products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Their vision is to have manufacturing plants across the US in the next several years to supply distributors and retailers products at reasonable prices.

In Short

• Securing $20M+ in EQUITY funding to execute current company business plan
• Create successful investor presentations
• Work trade shows and conferences to build industry awareness
• Assist the CEO in building a team for company growth
• 5+ years of experience at the VP or C-level in a startup
• Proven track record of raising equity funding of over $20M
• Network of investors familiar with Ag Tech
• Experience in operations and strategic vision
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices a plus
• Able to travel as needed
