Program Supervisor - Integrated ARMHS - Remote

Overview

People Incorporated is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Integrated ARMHS team. This supervisory position is responsible for the supervision, selection, and training of assigned staff, working with clients diagnosed with chronic mental illness to help them live independently.

In Short

• Supervise assigned program staff and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Attract, hire, orient, and retain high-quality staff.
• Provide training and feedback on job duties and best practices.
• Coordinate staff meetings and program scheduling.
• Provide direct client services collaboratively.
• Assist clients in developing person-centered goal plans.
• Document interventions and interactions according to standards.
• Must have a physical presence in the Twin Cities area.
• Flexible business hours from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Must pass background checks and screening for health care programs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences or related field preferred.
• High school diploma with relevant experience may be accepted.
• One year of prior experience in the human services field preferred.
• Completion of People Incorporated’s Link to Leadership program preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Two years of supervisory experience in behavioral health services preferred.
• Active license in Minnesota is a plus.
