Requirements

• Experience as a lawyer or legal counsel in a SaaS or FinTech environment.
• Deep understanding of legal issues related to SaaS contracts.
• Strong communication and drafting skills in French and English.
• Ability to innovate and find legal solutions to new challenges.
• Business acumen and ability to act as a business partner.
