Requirements

  • Bac +4 or equivalent education.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Intercom or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Gsheet, Metabase, or similar and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Problem solver mentality.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong ownership and drive.
  • Hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
