In Short

• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and orchestration systems for data fulfillment.
• Integrate with 3rd party APIs and landing zones.
• Oversee design and maintenance of data systems.
• Build streaming data pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to define and meet SLOs.
• Maintain and expand existing systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in computer science.
• Proficient in Python and building data workflows.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Skilled in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Redshift.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Exposure to stream processing frameworks like Apache Beam.
• Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
