• Lead and build an in-house video team and motion creative capabilities.
• Shape visual storytelling across various marketing channels.
• Manage external production partners and freelancers.
• Develop scalable systems for post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Media teams for video optimization.
• Own and evolve visual language in motion.
• Support A/B testing efforts with multiple design variations.
• Champion experimentation based on performance data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in video/motion creative roles.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma.
• Success in creating performance-optimized videos for major platforms.
• Strong understanding of post-production pipelines and sound design.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience in directing talent and managing shoots is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented and strong communicator.
