Overview

As a Lead/Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence within the team, solving complex technical challenges and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in IT, networking, or software support.
  • Knowledge of networking concerns and databases.
  • Experience in supporting level 1 and 2 concerns.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for technology and customer-centric problem-solving.
