Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and diverse Oracle products.
• Familiarity with service management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is preferred.
