Peloton is a rapidly growing professional services firm specializing in Integrated Cloud Solutions for various management systems, seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to contribute to its high growth practice area.

In Short

• Work with Global HCM and EMC Practice leader on key initiatives.
• Partner with clients on current and future state process understanding.
• Lead assessments and design sessions for implementation.
• Recommend road maps for performance and process improvements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and goals.
• Align solutions with client business objectives.
• Advise on HR and Talent processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Contribute to Peloton's internal processes and intellectual property.
• Support business development initiatives with key stakeholders.
• Assist in HCM practice growth and mentorship of team members.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with 5 years in Cloud HCM solutions.
• Experience in full life cycle implementation across HCM modules.
• Consulting experience on HCM systems architecture.
• Ability to achieve Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
