Overview

As a Junior HR Specialist at Pebl, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both customers and supported employees, particularly focusing on the Korean market.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and supported employees.
  • Provide accurate information on HR processes and operational procedures.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining ownership through resolution.
  • Own end-to-end HR support for the Korea entity.
  • Act as the Market Lead and SME for Korea.
  • Manage HR support tickets ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and improve service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and documentation.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
  • Bring a positive attitude and commitment to high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or HR operations.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Familiarity with Korean labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a ticket-based support environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with CRM and support tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with global customers or international HR operations preferred.
