Overview

The Associate Legal Counsel at PebblePost will handle a variety of legal issues in a dynamic remote start-up environment, contributing to the legal team's role in driving revenue through contract negotiations and compliance.

In Short

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
• Manage consumer choice platform and update privacy policy.
• Assist with corporate governance and Board meeting preparations.
• Collaborate with Finance and People departments on legal matters.
• Innovate internal processes for efficient legal service delivery.
• Interact with brands to review terms of service and agreements.
• Travel approximately 10 days per year.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and state bar admission.
• 1+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or privacy-related legal roles.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of consumer privacy laws.
• Experience supporting clients and company leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
