Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first point of contact for the sales team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline.

  • Research and identify potential clients in the workplace safety and compliance sector.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems.
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
  • Craft personalized messages that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their challenges, needs, and fit for the company’s solutions.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to smoothly transition qualified leads.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of outreach, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Analyze outreach strategies and refine approaches based on performance data.
  • Conduct product demos, showcasing Sully.ai to doctors and healthcare organizations.
  • Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to conduct high-volume outreach.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze data and improve strategies.
  • Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
